Our People:
The Heart of the PAANC Legacy

Dedicated Leadership and Community Service Since 1984.

The Philippine American Association of North Carolina Inc. is more than just an organization; it is a community of dedicated individuals united by a shared heritage and a common mission. Since being EST. 1984, our people—from our board of directors to our passionate volunteers—have been the driving force behind our four pillars of service. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we are led by volunteers who give their time and expertise to ensure PAANC remains a "home away from home" for Filipinos in North Carolina.

The PAANC Leadership Team

PAANC is operated by a Board of Trustees who are all volunteers that is headed by an elected Board Chair. Each board member chairs a program committee or project initiative.

The Board meets quarterly to identify, plan, and execute projects and activities.

The Board formulates sound and ethical policies to guide the organization’s mission and ensures that the organization has adequate resources to sustain and advance its goals.

The PAANC board consists of 12-15 members who bring their diverse backgrounds and valuable expertise to their respective roles in executing the PAANC mission.
