ABOUT PAANC
Transforming Heritage into Action in North Carolina Since 1984.
The Philippine American Association of North Carolina Inc. (PAANC) measures success by the strength of our community and the lives we touch. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit EST. 1984, we have dedicated four decades to providing a "home away from home" while delivering tangible support through our four core pillars. From local scholarships to international disaster relief, our impact is felt across generations.

As of February 2020, PAANC provided free health care and health education to 200,500 patients in underserved areas across the Philippines through our CMM and PIH programs.
Provided students in the Philippines and NC with financial resources to continue and complete their college education.
Our Annual Giving to NC Service Non-profits provides support and services to the most vulnerable in our local community.
Extended support to our members experiencing loss of a loved one or life crisis.

PAANC Scholarships & Education: Frequently Asked Questions
As a registered 501(c)(3), the Philippine American Association of North Carolina Inc. ensures that every donation and membership fee goes directly toward our mission-critical programs. This status allows us to maximize our resources for humanitarian aid, educational grants, and cultural events that benefit the public.
Since we were EST. 1984, our biggest impact has been serving as the "mother organization" for the Filipino-American community in North Carolina. We have successfully unified thousands of individuals through fellowship while simultaneously providing a structured platform for charitable and educational outreach.
Our impact reaches widely: students benefit from our scholarships, families in crisis benefit from our humanitarian aid, and the general public benefits from the cultural enrichment we provide through our festivals and arts programs.
