Welcome to the Mabuhay Movement, Fall Semester 2026!

Our dance groups for both adults and youth gather weekly on Sundays for one hour to rehearse and bring the traditional dances of the Philippines to life. Basic folk-dance steps and arm movements are reviewed, as these movements serve as the essential foundation of all our folk dances. Education and the history of these dances are shared during rehearsals, providing every participant with a meaningful glimpse into our Filipino culture.

For Youth

Rehearsals: Sunday at 2:00pm

We will continue to improve upon our Tinikling routine. The new dance the youth dancers will be learning is Pasigin.
