Pancit Balut is amazing!
Pancit Batil Patong, a popular noodle dish in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, is made up of 2 parts: the noodles with many toppings and the soup made out of beaten eggs. Pancit Batil Patung (also called Pancit Batil Patong) is best enjoyed with a sawsawan (dip) of chopped onions, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and calamnsi.
Billy Jack’s Panciteria offer 3 kinds of Pancit Batil Patong:
1. Regular (liver, minced meat) – 60 pesos
2. Special (liver, minced meat, vegetables, krak-krak) – 70 pesos
3. Super (liver, minced meat, vegetables, krak-krak and karahay) – 80 pesos
Highlight was the Pacit Batil Patong with Balut! A truly exotic filipino food that offers a unique gastronomic experience.
You can add toppings such as Tapa, Balut, Chorizo, Longganisa, Sisig, and Chibul.
